Town Clerk / Tax Collector

This office is staffed by a Town Clerk/Tax Collector and Deputy Town Clerk/Tax Collector. Together, they perform a variety of record keeping and revenue collecting assignments.

The Town Clerk is the keeper of the records and handles questions regarding:

  • Town Records
  • Vehicle Registrations
  • Boat Registrations
  • OHRV Registrations
  • Hunting & Fishing Licenses
  • Vital Records including: Marriage Licenses, Birth and Death Certificates
  • Dog Licenses
  • Wetland Applications
  • Voter Registration
  • Absentee Ballots
  • Elections

Tax Collection:

  • Direct your questions to this office if they pertain to the following:
  • Collection of Property Taxes
  • Collection of Sewer Fees
  • Collection of Current Use Fees
  • Collection of Timber (Yield) Tax
  • Collection of Excavation Tax
