F.B. Argue Recreation Area (aka Town Pool/Beach area) Opens

The hours for the season are Mon-Fri, 12pm-5pm. The admission for residents is $1.00; $1.50 for non-residents and children under 5 are free with a paid adult. Season passes will be available for $50 for residents and $60 for non-residents. The Town Beach area will be available for rent on the weekends for $35 per day. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a trusted adult, however, children over 10 may be at the Pool area without an adult with the completion of a waiver signed by the parent as well as the child. This year there will be a gatekeeper and director to oversee the area and run programs for the families. There will be NO staff watching the water. Adults will be responsible for watching their own children at ALL times. There will be NO Swimming lessons this year.
