5K Walk into Health TOPS Diamond Anniversary

Calling all former Pittsfield TOPS members ! Join the NH TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) members in a 5K walk as they celebrate 75 years since their founding. Participants may walk as much of the road and track route as they wish. Everyone is welcome. Meet members from NH's chapters - information about joining will be available. TOPS is the oldest, non-profit weight-loss support group in the US. It is made up of locals in community chapters who share their tips and encourage each other on their journey to better health.
