BLOWER DOOR TESTING REQUIREMENTS EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2024

As of April 1, 2024, ALL New Hampshire Residential Energy Code Applications for Certification of Compliance for new construction, additions, and/or renovations of detached one- and two-family dwellings, and multi-family dwellings (townhouses) not over 3 stories, are required to perform a Blower Door Test. This information can be found on the EC-1 Form, which is available online and needs to be filled out with the building permit.
