Notice - signing of an Intent to Cut Timber – outside of a public meeting
The Board of Selectmen will be signing a notice of intent to cut timber for:
- Map R1 lots 9 & 10
- Map R13 lot 5
after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Pittsfield Town Hall, 85 Main Street
This notice is posted in accordance with NH RSA 91-A, per RSA 79:10, I (b), which permits the Board of Selectmen to sign a notice of intent to cut outside of a public meeting, as long as all conditions for approval have been met AND the notice of the Board’s signing was posted 24 hours in advance.
