Notice of Public Hearing - consideration of acceptance of donated property over $5,000

Notice is hereby given in accordance with NH RSA 31:95-e that the Board of Selectmen will conduct a hearing to receive public comment concerning the acceptance of a DataPilot, a digital forensic field triage device, for the Police Department from the Operation Underground Railroad, Inc., as the value is in excess of $5,000. This device will assist the Police Department and the Operation Underground Railroad with their mutual goals to rescue children and others from exploitation and from human trafficking.

The public hearing will be held at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the Town Office, 85 Main Street, Pittsfield, NH 03263.
