Pittsfield Downtown First Impressions Report Available Online

The Pittsfield First Impressions Steering Committee would like to thank all the citizens that attended the forum and invite everyone to a follow-up meeting on November 15 at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall. 29 people met to discuss the findings of the report  First Impressions Pittsfield Report and participated in discussions on key opportunity areas for improvement: Identity and Branding, Infrastructure, Business Diversity, Activities and Events, and Web Presence. To see the Story Board used to generate the report, please see Pittsfield Downtown First Impressions.

Pittsfield has had the opportunity to partner with Tilton NH through a program offered by the UNH Cooperative Extension called New Hampshire First Impressions and gathered the results of their impression and work on a community-driven agenda aimed at the future of the Downtown. The New Hampshire First Impressions is an innovative assessment program that examines a downtown through the eyes of potential residents, visitors, and businesses, helping communities to learn about their downtown’s assets and opportunities for improvement.
